Return Policy: Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Made-to-order and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking, platform, and processing fee will be deducted from all approved returns.
Cancellation: Ready-to-ship orders can be canceled before shipment. For made-to-order pieces, cancellations are free before the CAD design is issued. A 15% fee applies after CAD is provided. A 30% fee applies after CAD confirmation / production has begun.
