Shipping & Deliveries

At Elora, we want to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General


Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Cost


We offer free international shipping on all orders.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Dispatch Time


For ready-to-ship items, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, in addition to the shipping time. For made-to-order items, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed during weekends or major holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that during peak seasons or special holidays, processing and shipping delays may occur. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays.

3.2 Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times


All international orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery typically takes 2-7 days to most countries, but delays may occur during busy seasons or holidays. Occasionally, customs or courier delays may affect your delivery time frame.

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address


For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at
any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.4 Signature Requirements


For orders valued at $500+ USD, a signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

4. Tracking Notification


Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5.1 Sales tax 


Sales taxhas already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

5.2 Import Duties & Taxes


Please be aware that some countries may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees. The recipient is responsible for these payments, which will be collected by DHL before delivery. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Elora at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the initial and return shipping. 

6. Refused Deliveries


If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for all charges incurred, including the return cost to Elora. Please ensure that you are available to receive your package to avoid any unnecessary fees.
