Shipping & Deliveries

For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For made to order pieces, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.

 

• We offerfree international shipping on all of our items.
• All international orders are shipped via DHL. Usuallyit takes 3-7 days to deliver to most countries. There may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays.
• Please note that some of the countries may charge taxes, custom duties or Import Fees and the recipient will be responsible for the payments. They will be collected by DHL before the package can be delivered.If you have any questions or special requirements upon custom duties, please reach out to us at customer@eloralab.com
• You may contact your customs office for additional information. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe.
• Orders valued $500+ USDmay require a signature upon delivery.
