Yes. Most of our clients work with us fully remotely via email or WhatsApp.

Most made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted within 7–14 days.

For more complex designs or special cuts, the production time may extend to 2–3 weeks.

We also offer a selection of ready-to-ship pieces, which are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once completed, your order is shipped via DHL Express, typically arriving within 3–5 business days worldwide.

No, we are unable to do trade-in for pre-owned engagement rings, as we only sell Elora brand rings from our own collection. 

Yes, we can create a custom setting based on your diamond’s exact measurements.

For security and logistics reasons, we do not accept customer-owned diamonds for setting. Instead, we craft the setting and ship it to you, and you may have the center stone set locally by a trusted jeweler.

No, we do not reuse the metal and diamonds from previous settings.

All diamonds 1 carat and above come with an IGI certificate, ensuring verified quality in cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.

Yes. In addition to standard shapes, we offer antique cuts and custom-cut diamonds through our in-house cutting facility.

Yes. Before shipment, we will provide photos and videos of your finished piece for confirmation.

Yes, our custom designs can be made with any metal combination you’d like.

Our pave diamonds are generally E-F color/VS clarity, but depending on the center stone, they may be adjusted.

Diamond verifications are provided by independent appraisers. You may take your ring and its certificate to one or any jewelry stores offering appraisal services, read your diamond’s laser inscription under a microscope to ensure it matches with the certificate.

For custom orders, a minimum 50% deposit is required to begin production.

Yes. We provide free insured worldwide shipping on all orders.

All packages are shipped via DHL Express, with delivery typically within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.

Please note:

• A 15% restocking fee applies
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
• Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable 

If you have any concerns before ordering, our team is happy to assist you in making the right choice.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your chosen diamond. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the ring. Delivery will be arranged once the balance is settled. The full payment for custom designs must be made within 60 days of the initial deposit.
