I am in love with my custom rose gold 2-carat old mine cut floral basket 25th anniversary ring! The experience was mostly stress-free, and Elora delivered a stunning piece that I will cherish for ages. Communication was fairly quick, and the CAD designs were incredibly helpful to give me the confidence I needed to continue proceeding through the design process. Everyone I spoke with was kind and patient.
My only suggestion for improvement regards the design collaboration process. As a customer without a jewelry design background, I came in with very specific ideas that I tried to communicate clearly. When a request wasn't technically possible, the response was often a simple 'that won't work' or 'we can't do that.' Because of the time zone differences, the back-and-forth felt a bit restrictive. It would have been a smoother experience if the team had offered alternative suggestions or brainstormed collaborative workarounds.
