If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! 100/10 experience from start to finish. The level of patience, care and time the team dedicated to helping me find the perfect engagement ring was incredible. I honestly took longer choosing my ring than they took to make it and deliver it!

I am in love with my custom rose gold 2-carat old mine cut floral basket 25th anniversary ring! The experience was mostly stress-free, and Elora delivered a stunning piece that I will cherish for ages. Communication was fairly quick, and the CAD designs were incredibly helpful to give me the confidence I needed to continue proceeding through the design process. Truly exceptional experience and ring It’s rare that I write a review, but I must in this case—upon ordering, the customer service team reached out with a CAD drawing and a video of the diamond. After changing my mind and deciding to upgrade to a 3 carat diamond, they sent me an invoice to pay the difference and quickly sent a video of the 3 carat along with a second drawing. Elora’s customer service is second to none! The package I received my ring in was beautiful—you can tell how much thought and effort is put into the entire experience! And, as if this wasn’t enough, the final product exceeded my expectations! Pictures just don’t do it justice—I am so thrilled with my new ring and cannot take my eyes off of it.

Honestly wasn't sure about lab grown at first, but this ring completely changed my mind. The old mine cut center stone has so much more character than the modern rings I tried on in stores. Happy choosing Elora.

I was a little unsure about a soft chain ring at first. But this one fits really well and feels secure. As long as you pick the right size, it doesn’t move or loosen. It’s comfortable and looks amazing stacked.
